This bill will cripple traffic and transportation in cities and harm business. As broadly worded as it is, it will effectively ban bus lanes, which provably speed up public transit; curbside patios, which have helped boost business at local cafes and restaurants in these last difficult years; and make our roads much more dangerous while doing nothing to actually speed up traffic. We All know that induced demand is a very real and studied phenomenon and that more car lanes does not, has never, and will never amount to faster travel speeds for cars. We need to provide safe and efficient alternatives to individual private vehicles so that people who don't need to drive can feasibly choose alternatives. I KNOW you know this is true. Stop this ridiculous bill
