Bill 60 is not "pro" car, it's anti-cyclist. As the Premier already knows, viable alternatives to driving, such as cycling and public transit, are the ONLY way to reduce congestion and improve grid-lock. This is well document, but this government seems to be hellbent on ignoring everyone except its wealthy donors. Bill 60 is ant-democratic, anti-environment, anti-safety, and anti-driver.
