About time!!! I've worked with 6 different CAs over the years on development/rezoning issues, and there is no consistency.

I will also say at least 2 of the ones I've interacted with operate as "who you know" authorities, letting bad behaviour slide with hefty charitable donations in place.

During one rezoning process, the staff admitted they used Google Earth maps to determine which lands should be environmentally protected... including an apple orchard. Other authority boards are so obsessed with creating an "untouched wilderness" that nothing is permissible, even on the recreational side.

Please get rid of the boards!!!
