This is another classic Ford Government move to “fix” things that are not broken. I lived through the Harris government days to “create” a non-existent crisis in education in the 1990’s. What a fiasco that was.
Leave the Local Conservation Authorities alone to manage their own watersheds and keep development away from the areas that need protecting. Stop this ridiculous effort to gut the authority of the scientists that know their own watersheds!
