Any benefits from shared resources will be moot due to ineffective implementation caused by bureaucrats and misunderstanding. To many middle men and the urgency, caring and understanding will be lost through all the channels created by government. I understand creating jobs for more ontario employees sounds good, but local MNR offices for example are already overstaffed and extremely wasteful.
