7 CA’s is too extreme. The NPCA needs to maintain it’s own jurisdiction. Niagara has too much biodiversity, unique watercourses and we need to keeo all of our existing greenspace. We learned the hard way during COVID, the entire GTA came to niagara and the parks were over run. Please do not implement this policy as is and negotiate with the local experts.
