The Lakehead Regional Conservation Authority is absolutely essential in maintaining the Northwestern area of Thunder Bay region in Ontario. It is shocking to hear the proposed amalgamation with southern Ontario areas?!
The area is so vast, it will be impossible to maintain and protect the large areas proposed. We have highly skilled people working in each area who intimately understand the specific needs of each area, specifically the northern shores of Lake Superior!
This is such a bad move,
Please leave the North in the North!
