It is almost impossible to have full representation when the CA covers such a large geographical area. This will likely result in the needs of rural communities being overruled by the needs of urban areas. Doug Fords mission is to speed up the issue of permits in order to build homes faster, yet the CAs have met those deadlines 99% of the time, so I fail to see how this will solve the problem.
