Greetings, That province has not provided any evidence that this action would in any way enhance user experience in our local conservation systems. Rather, there are many circumstances in which provincial meddling has lead to inefficiency and and cost the tax payer (CA users) more money. Provincial action should be kept to areas of provincial responsibility. Fix what's broken before trying to break more established systems.
