ERO #025-1257. Please do not proceed with this merger. I support HCA’s submission and am concerned it will add transition cost and complexity while weakening local governance and community partnerships in our watershed. I want watershed decisions to remain local, science based, and accountable to our community. If you are interested in creating efficiencies, you can do that in ways that were outlined in HCA's response.
