I feel very strongly that this amalgamation should not happen. Every single conservation authority knows the area they cover. Each small part of this province is delicate and important based on variables that may not apply to the next area. It should not be managed based on larger areas. I don't believe this is being done for the right reasons. I do not trust the environmental track record of the present government. This is about allowing the provincial government more control. They have not proven trustworthy in the past. Leave things as they are. Tell Mr. Ford's corporate buddies stay out of Niagara.
