Attached file lists a number of recommendations for amendments wrt municipal zoning for pre-construction and future wind turbine and other renewable energy installations. Municipalities must have the ability to fully manage their area, as they do with other non-green energy endeavors. These amendments must apply to pre-construction projects as promised by the premier.
