The changes proposed are not integral and responsive to the current needs of the Province in terms of climate change. There is no need of loosen the regulations to benefit economic development opportunities. Economic Opportunities should be encouraged to innovate and respect the existing rules, and in fact, the endangered species act should be progressive and responsive to the changing dynamics of the environment. The next 10 years are crucial for the future, please legislate accordingly.
