To reduce our Canadian/world carbon footprint we need to eliminate single use plastics such as the millions of bottles Nestlé contributes to the climate change crisis every day. Canadians also need to protect our water sources for future generations and to ensure that all Canadians have safe drinking water,including First Nations people living on Reserves. As an individual in my 50s, I grew up getting water from the tap as waterbottles were unheard of; how we got to think that they are necessary shows the power of corporations and business propaganda.
