I'm honestly commenting…

I'm honestly commenting somewhat blind, and I apologize as I've not done the research I feel I should to be confident submitting a comment; however, it's hard not to feel compelled to act because when I see articles and discussions online there is an emotional response to the content. It is difficult to remain objective when a company is profiting at our expense. I don't understand how they can have it both ways where we, Ontarians, have to maintain the water supply through taxation, and yet they get to sell it back?
