Cancelling this important piece of legislation is a disgrace. Cap and trade allows us to set up a system for limiting carbon emissions in a way that benefits Ontario's economy. And now Doug Ford's government, who cancel cap and trade in the name of saving money, will only spend more compensating companies for their lost carbon assets, and fighting the federal government on the imposition of a carbon tax (a tax which I fully support).
