I disagree with opening up…

I disagree with opening up the greenbelt. I was involved in a previous consultation project for transit that showed there was enough space already allocated for building for the next 50 years without encroaching on the green belt. We need to build smarter not continue with urban sprawl. And I don't believe that this will make housing any more affordable. People need to live and work in the same neighborhoods and as evidenced by traffic congestion this doesn't happen either.
Regardless of what type of housing developers are building a percentage of that construction should be designated for low income families and or seniors.
