I have a few comments related to the proposed changes:
-I am glad to see the measures to encourage the supply of rental housing, affordable housing, and increased density (though it should be a little less confined and apply to any infill density increases).
-It would be good to have the flip side of increased fees on efficient housing types, such as single detached homes (other then those substantially smaller then the current average) or luxury homes.
-The measure to encourage the supply of attainable housing seems very vague and open to abuse. the definitions should be more settled before the bill is passed. Or this provision dropped.
-Measures need to be included to replace any reductions in municipal revenue that would result from these changes.
