I am appalled at this proposal to increase the number of licenses when in the name of wildlife conservation this bloodsport practice should be stopped not accelerated. With the loss of so much wildlife habitat, we should be protecting wildlife not destroying it for the enjoyment of those who hunt for sport.
I object to this proposal strenuously.
