I am against the issuance of licences of new dog train and trial areas, and to allow the transfer of licences. It is inhumane to use trapped rabbits, coyotes, and foxes as bait in a confined environment to train dogs. New licenses for dog train and trial facilities are a huge step backward for society. These facilities have no place in Ontario.
