I am shocked that this is even being proposed in a heavily residential area that are on well water. Not only will it heavily pollute our neighbourhood, the 100+ trucks per day going down Winhara are a major health and safety hazard. This is a 50 km/h street with lots of children and elderly residents and wildlife. This should be a non-starter. Where is the traffic impact assessment, as well as the environmental impact assessment?
