It is obvious that the way votes are counted should be changed when 35% of the people tell the remaining 65% of the nation what to do. I feel that Bill 4 should not be passed. We need the cap and trade to help control our gluteny for oil.

I am against bill 4 and do not want the cap and trade plan cancelled. I believe that cap and trade is an important means to combat climate change and that cancelling it is wrong and shortsighted.
