I am appalled and, once again, embarrassed to be Canadian. I can't believe the year is 2020 and we are still allowing for the slaughter of our black bears. This hunt orphans bear cubs and dooms them to a slow, painful death. Everyone knows what it’s like to wake up bleary and hungry. Add to that, hungry babies needing your care. Would ou want to be dodging bullets at this vulnerable time?!
