Protecting birds, their habitat and migration routes is important to the health, wellbeing and prosperity of Ontarians. Putting economic development ahead of our natural world is shortsighted. Developers will not prioritize the environment. Do not weaken the environmental protections.

We need to protect our birds. I want to see our government do more to protect habitats including wetlands, forests and grasslands. As a physician working in Ontario, I see the direct impact of loss of ecosystems and natural areas to our physical and mental health.

I fail to see any environmental safeguards for these species at risk, only the removal of those in place. Id say it was unbelievable but this government's abyssmal environmental track record doesn't allow me that. Read more

I do not believe that the government should be putting economic growth before ecological integrity. Canada has some of the most endangered ecosystems across the globe, and its citizens want to see them protected. Read more
