This act endangers 106 species of animals, setting a precedent for the future that any species vulnerable to the effects of development can be neglected. This amendment would compromise our biodiversity. Take Sydenham River for example. Read more

These new amendments are a brash attack on our biodiversity, and the possibility of maintaining healthy ecology in this province. Delisting federally listed species is insane: you know that those protections only apply on federal land, of which there is very little. Read more

I oppose the legislative and regulatory amendments to the Endangered Species Conservation Act. Further, Bill 5 must be repealed. Restore protections for nature and endangered species in order to protect us and our future. Read more

Hello, Endangered species and species at risk need habitat that extends past the nest: foraging in surrounding areas are essential to survival of fledglings and nest protection does not mean anything if there is disturbance right beside this area. Read more
