I have zero interest in seeing more suburban sprawl of unlivable, poor quality of life mid tier housing that is hardly affordable to begin with and only leads to expansion of car culture. The housing crisis is not in shortage of suburban houses. Read more

After reviewing this legislation I can only conclude that the results will enrich developers and force municipalities to increase their tax rates to cover the revenues they will lose that currently pay for the building of roads and other infrastructure needed to support growth. Read more
