When approving plans of subdivisions, often blocks are created (which are later divided by part lot control into lots). As such the measure of "lots created" may not reflect what you are actually seeking, which is "units".
The Minister should ensure the data collected under the proposed regulation is made available to the public in an open source, machine-readable manner to facilitate locally driven analysis and accountability.
