I think this is a very bad idea. This process is in place for a reason. It is to stop developers from putting no effort into storm water runoff and to make sure any contamination does not endanger a water supply.

I am deeply disappointed to see my government abdicating its responsibility to protect Ontarians from potentially dangerous decisions made by a private sector known for prioritizing profits over safety. If a system is found to be laborious, streamline it, find improvements, do not just remove it. Read more
