I oppose Bill 5. I want stronger animal and environmental protections. I am opposed to weakening and simplifying the protection process in favour of harmful industry and economic gain.

Once a species is gone, it’s gone for good, there’s no bringing it back. We should be fighting for stronger protection, not making it easier to pave over habitats, further degrading the natural environment. Read more

I opposed Bill 5 In fact more care should be going into protecting our endangered species. Let the scientists do their work. Yes, it takes time, but when we wipe out an entire species, there is no going back. Read more
