This is government overreach. I oppose deregulation and weakening environmental protection under the guise of stimulating business development. This is US style politics and this government was not elected to mimic what is happening in the US but to guard against it. Read more

Bill 5 is unconstitutional, and assault on our lands, and continues to show that while Douggie will proudly state that Canada is not for sale, Ontario is ripe for picking for his cronies.

I agree that we need to focus on building and developing our resources from within. That said , I oppose Bill 5 as this can not be done without consideration of the environmental impacts and to potential endangered species. We have seen what happened to Ontario Place without proper vetting. Read more

We are AGAINST changing the Endangered Species Act . Doug Ford is a threat to the health & beauty of Ontario land and wildlife. He says “Ontario is not for sale” but is the first one to sell us out and ruin the land!!!!! Stop this change to the act!!

I oppose bill 5. I want to see stronger protections for our natural environment and the ecosystems that thrive there. I do NOT support fast tracking for industry at the cost of our wildlife and beautiful natural zones.

I outright oppose Bill 5 and would actually vote for stronger protections for endangered and at risk species. Corporations and agencies should never take precedence over our natural spaces. This is nothing but a bid to make it easier for overdevelopment and habitat destruction to take place. Read more

I strongly oppose Bill 5, the Protect Ontario by Unleashing Our Economy Act. This legislation poses a serious threat to Ontario’s natural heritage, democratic processes and Indigenous rights. Read more
