I vehemently oppose Bill 5. I want much strong environmental regulations not cuts to the environmental regulations we already have. I do NOT want to developers going into the Greenbelt or any other protected environmental area. Read more

I’m opposed to this bill particularly in the area of development taking place as soon as the project is registered. It seems a lack of oversight and time for course corrections. More needs to be described in how the project is monitored if it’s to take place with no review process. Read more

I strongly oppose Bill 5. It is important to me that as Ontarians and Canadians we increase environmental protections and not decrease anything, especially when the only benefit is for industrial development.
