I urge you not to pass Bill 5. In Ontario alone, more than 230 plants and animals are at risk. The well being of ontarians rely on these same habitats and ecosystems, and the regulations that ensure the proper oversight for development projects is what protects them.

As someone who spends a lot of time in nature Bill 5 jeopardizes the potential wildlife i would see in Ontario with the endangered species act up for debate. This act isn't only to protect the animals but to protect us. If we keep killing off our ecosystems what will be left for future generations?
