I am opposed to this bill. Land and endangered species should be protected. This should not be changed. We have an obligation to do better to the environment and the lands we live on. Not cause more destruction.

As an Ontarian, I oppose Bill 5 and the removal & changes of our environmental protections and endangered species act. The Current protections need to stay in place to protect both the land and the animals that live on these lands.
This is unhumaine for those animals going to be affected. People can grow and work through their habitats without completely destroying them. There needs to be a proper plan in place if we cannot get out of the idea of needing to bulldoze these whole habitats for animals.

The protection and conservation of species at risk is important. Remember that these species lived in the areas connected to housing, transit, and critical infrastructure before we got here. People love hearing birdsong, seeing butterflies, flowers and flowering trees.

I disagree with Bill 5. I do not agree with having private economic zones and I think that giving industry less public oversight is a bad idea. I strongly disagree with this Bill and I think that endangered species and the environment should have more legal protections rather than less.
