Please reconsider this insane proposed policy change. It's feasible to build efficiently and protect biodiversity, many countries do it, even poorer ones. Hire people who can work together to achieve both goals. If we have efficiently built buildings but no biodiversity, we've failed.

This is insane. I'm totally against any changes to the endangered species Act and Species Conservation. The broad application of these acts is necessary. We are destroying species and habitats at such a rate. It's disturbing that we even have to have this discussion.
