I am opposed to this, as it removes a lot of environmental assessments on mines and other mega projects. Mining destroys habitat, pollutes, and pushes wildlife out. The effluent is tested on animals. Please do not pass this ill conceived Bill 5.

Unleashing Ontario's economy cannot happen by sacrificing the environment by the dissolution of applying for permits that may threaten species and their habitats, or by allowing the possible use of Special Economic Zones which counter Indigenous sovereignty and the soul of democracy. Read more
