Support Bill 60 as it’s needed. Been through a 6 months wait for LTB while trying to retrieve my own property. Then 1 year after the tenant moved, I had to attend a trial filed by my tenant who moved out 1 year ago which I was not notified in anyway by them. Read more

Harmonization of municipal road construction standards assumes all roads are created equal. Roads highly travelled by cars make sense to have specific standards. Roads that use high-order or frequent transit service (10 minutes or less frequency) also may need specific standards. Read more

Ontario has been a leader in road designs that include bicycle infrastructure and safer pedestrian infrastructure. Municipalities should be allowed to redesign the roads under their authority in accordance with the manuals the Province has published. Read more
