Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) license # 626619 located within the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards, County of Renfrew was withdrawn under the ARA.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2190808759 on December 14, 2022 for St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one well for manufacturing purposes located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. The new permit expires on December 13, 2032.

An Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Peppertree Greenhouses Ltd. for existing stormwater management works servicing a total drainage area of 7.42 hectares, located at 29025 Connection Road in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

The renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2678-8UBRUF servicing Vale Canada Limited/Vale Canada Limitée, for municipal and industrial water supply purposes in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, was approved on February 14, 2020 under permit No. P-300-1063637912. This permit expires on February 15, 2030.

A Permit to Take Water No..1807-BC2R6G was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2085-7GLK2F. The permit was issued on June 13, 2019 with an expiry date of June 13, 2029.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on January 14, 2025 in respect of Application 58-C-248177 for an easement on lands described as PIN 62315-0342 on Stewart Bay, Shebandowan Lake, Conacher Township, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is October 23, 2023.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6217-8E7QFL. Permit to Take Water No. 1351-BZMVJM was issued on March 31, 2021 for a period of 10 years for water supply purposes, servicing the Toronto Hebrew Memorial Park (Pardes Shalom Cemetery), located in the City of Vaughan, Regional Municipality of York.

An environmental compliance approval was issued for a waste processing facility in the City of Mississauga. The approval will allow the facility to include additional processing equipment to improve the quality of plastic that is recycled for international markets.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with the Limited Operational Flexibility has been granted to Magna International Inc., a Motor Vehicle Metal Stamping facility located in the City of Brampton, Ontario.
