We have granted approval to GIP Construction and Materials Limited (formerly AECON Construction and Materials Limited), located in Brampton, Ontario, to be registered under the Technical Standards Registry – Air Pollution. This facility will adhere to all technical and operational requirements in the Asphalt Mix – Industry Standard.

The facility manufacturers health and beauty products with a production limit of up to 148,000 tonnes per year.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) was recommended to Hain-Celestial Canada, for the operating site located at 5675 Keaton Crescent in the City of Mississauga, Ontario.

The facility production limit is 20,000,000 kilograms of personal care and hygiene products per year.

On August 16, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing informed the Township of Perth South that he was refusing their request for a zoning order on lands legally described as Lots 11, 12 and 13 South Boundary Concession.

A decision was made on August 16, 2024, to approve, with modifications, Official Plan Amendment No. 20 to the City of Brockville Official Plan, as adopted by By-Law No. 066-2022.Official Plan Amendment No. 20 is a ten-year update to the city's official plan and contains new and revised policies to guide growth and development to the year 2046.
