Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1533124778 was issued to Saint-Gobain Canada Inc. on September 26, 2025. Water will be taken from one well, located in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim, Ontario, for manufacturing purposes.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4337418326 was issued to 2501882 Ontario Limited for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water Ref No. 8876-CSRH5G was issued to MPCT DIF DAM LEBRETON GP INC., as general partner for and on behalf of MPCT DIF DAM LEBRETON LP, on June 15, 2023 for three years. Water will be taken from a pond for construction dewatering purposes.

Permit to Take Water No. 0557-DMMHCK has been issued to 827112 Ontario Inc. amending Permit to Take Water No. 7171-CTFKFL for pits and quarries dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond in the Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on December 19, 2025 in respect of Application 58-C-259506 for a new lot in the unincorporated Township of Stirling, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is January 8, 2026.

An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7220-B75PLW is granted to Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. for the addition of Phase 4 sewage treatment system to serve Sagimeo Lodge, and to use treated Biosolids for reclamation at the Detour Lake Mine.

Permit to Take Water No. 5568-BCPLNU was issued to Maple Downs Golf and Country Club Limited, with an expiry date of June 10, 2029.

This permit cancels and replaces permit number 5872-ASYHTK.
