A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) was granted to 1429710 Ontario Inc. for sewage works to service one existing single family dwelling and 51 existing seasonal RV sites at 61 Carleton Cove Road, in the Geographic Township of Thurlow, City of Belleville.

Approval was granted for Licence No. 625855 to allow Lafarge Canada Inc. to add a third phasing to the operation and change the final end use to a meadow by filling the pond. Approval was also granted for site plan amendment No. 2079 to change the final rehabilitation plan to allow the creation of a silt berm and remain post surrender.

The ministry renewed an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.
