Permit to Take Water No. 6420-D78VJ9 was issued to Carrying Place Golf and Country Club on July 22, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8060-BDYKLU for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one irrigation pond in the Township of King, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for 5 years.

New Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5279477438 was issued to Tribute (King Street) Limited on July 23, 2024, for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from three ponds in the Town of Courtice, Municipality of Clarington, Ontario for 6 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 5228-D78UYP was issued to Camp Tamarack Ltd. on July 19, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8000-9GGRLD for campground water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells in the Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued a new multi-site Environmental Compliance Approval (geothermal) for HAMMER RIG RENTALS (CANADA) INC. and UNDERCITY ENERGY INC. to install vertical closed loop ground source heat pumps throughout Ontario.

We have issued a new multi-site Environmental Compliance Approval (geothermal) for 2068929 Ontario Inc., operating as Buchanan & Hall, to install vertical closed loop geothermal systems. Buchanan & Hall operates across Ontario drilling boreholes and installing closed loop geothermal heat exchangers in these boreholes.

Erie Sand and Gravel Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of Leamington.

Permit to Take Water No. 3578-D72SWD was issued to Waterford Sand and Gravel Limited on July 22, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8543-9JQHY3 for site dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario for 10 years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 24, 2024 in respect of Application 60-C-218169 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 42150-3190 on Ptarmigan Bay, Lake of the Woods, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is August 13, 2024.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 24, 2024 in respect of Application 60-C-217951 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 42150-3190 on Ptarmigan Bay, Lake of the Woods, District of Kenora.
