The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) has revoked O. Reg. 115/20 so that the requirements under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 (EBR) to post proposals for acts, policies, regulations and instruments on the Environmental Registry (ERO) and to consider the Statements of Environmental Values (SEV) are restored.
This notice is to inform the regulated community and the public that the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is adopting updated approved air dispersion models under O. Reg. 419/05. Adoption of the updated models will take effect upon publishing of this notice.

We issued Permit to Take Water No. 6258-BRDJ2M to CRH Canada Group Inc. on January 14, 2021. The Permit is a renewal of CRH Canada's previous Permit, and will expire on January 13, 2031. This Permit allows water taking from one pond and one well for aggregate washing purposes at Teedon Pit, at rates similar to previous Permits.
