A decision has been made to proceed with establishing a framework for authorizing projects to test or demonstrate carbon storage and other new or innovative activities using certain types of wells and to remove security exemptions and caps for all types of wells going forward if the well is new, converted to another use or deepened.

We are notifying the public that a permit has been issued to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for construction activities that will impact Redside Dace. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects and benefit the species, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.
Approval was granted with conditions on July 22, 2020 for a new lot. One of the conditions was amended on July 22, 2021. The provisional consent will now lapse one year from the date of this Notice.
