This decision is for an amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 7267-B65Q4N for permanent drainage dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 2444-BYRSER was issued on March 5, 2021 for a period of ten years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-20-000368 to Greg Smith for early exploration activities near Red Lake, Ontario.

The Ministry is proposing to issue a permit to Pacton Gold Inc. to undertake early exploration activities. The location of the activities is 8 km southeast of Red Lake ON.

On March 1, 2021 the ministry issued an exploration permit located approximately 90 kilometres North West of Wabauskang First Nation Ontario, in Skinner Township, Corless Township, District of Kenora, North West Region.

No changes are proposed to the enhanced minister’s zoning authority. The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing will exercise their discretion, on a case by case basis, in using the authority.
