We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (private sewage) No. 7601-BS9LEC for the establishment and use of a domestic wastewater treatment system at 626 Kerry Line, Ennismore.

An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 0858-ARTQYD has been granted to Regional Disposal Services Inc., a waste transfer station located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

The facility is closed down as of November 27, 2020 and the application was cancelled at the request of the proponent.

The Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has issued an overall benefit permit to Infrastructure Ontario for site alteration activities that may impact species at risk bats and their habitat. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects and benefit the species, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 20-YOR-56917 for Thomas Houston Courtice Septic for a hauled sewage site was withdrawn by the proponent on April 2, 2020.

The ministry issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to LK Aurora Inc. for the establishment of sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of sanitary sewage servicing a new commercial development located in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York.
