We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to 1266952 Ontario Ltd. for the establishment of a sewage works system, including a bioswale with infiltration trench and storm sewers, to support of the proposed Forest Hill Estates residential subdivision in the Township of East Garafraxa.

We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility to Strathcona Paper GP Inc., a facility that manufactures clay coated folding boxboard with recycled paper products, located in Stone Mills, Ontario.

We issued Permit to Take Water No. 6258-BRDJ2M to CRH Canada Group Inc. on January 14, 2021. The Permit is a renewal of CRH Canada's previous Permit, and will expire on January 13, 2031. This Permit allows water taking from one pond and one well for aggregate washing purposes at Teedon Pit, at rates similar to previous Permits.
