Permit to Take Water No. 1170-9LTKDE has been renewed for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from two ponds and two wells related to golf course irrigation activities, located in the Town of LaSalle, County of Essex, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1105467667 was issued April 14, 2021 for a period of five years.

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 3283-8EEKLK, servicing Brock Aggregates Inc. to take water from Beaver River for aggregate washing operations, was approved on April 15, 2021 under Permit No. 8823-BZMPJG. The permit expires on April 18, 2031.

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 5078-A9FME3, servicing ClubLink Corporation ULC, to take water from Lake Joseph for commercial and communal purposes, was approved on April 15, 2021 under permit No. 1376-BZMU9V. The permit expires on April 15, 2031.

Ontario is updating its Guideline A-5 to align with recent federal guidance regarding the control of air emissions from stationary combustion turbines. These changes will enhance environmental protection by aligning with requirements for stationary combustion turbines eligible for the Air Emissions Environmental Activity and Sector Registry.
