Approval has been granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of subsurface disposal works at 21-39 Bayview Drive in the City of Quinte West, County of Hastings.

Approval has been granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) to be issued to George Howard Hadland, for the establishment of a sewage works system for the collection, treatment and subsurface disposal, based on a daily flow of 1,600 liters/day, to service a cottage located at 836 Eighth Street, Belwood Lake, Centre Wellington.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 18-GUE- 48461 for Bio Bob's Septic was issued on November 28, 2018 for a hauled sewage site in Breslau, Ontario.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operation Flexibility (Air & Noise) has been issued to Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp./Pratt & Whitney Canada Cie., operating an aircraft engine testing facility located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

This proposal was for an amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 6358-9YNJU9 for industrial and water supply purposes for Magellan Aerospace Limited. Water will be taken from two (2) wells located in Haley Station, Whitewater Region, Ontario. Permit No. 6638-BU8GYS was issued on October 9, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Private Sewage) No. 1433-BQNPAE for the establishment and use of a domestic wastewater treatment system at 4850 Highway 59, Norfolk County.

We have approved the Amethyst Highlands Fish and Wildlife Enhanced Management Area.
