A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8203279111 for Winlake Developments Limited was issued on June 19, 2023 for three years. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

On March 7, 2023, we issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 1109-CJQJEJ for the use and operation of a waste disposal site (processing/transfer) for receipt and upgrading of biogas into Renewable Natural Gas for injection into natural gas distribution infrastructure.

A decision was made on April 11, 2023, to approve, with modifications, Official Plan Amendment 119 to the County of Wellington Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 5760-22. Official Plan Amendment 119 is Phase 1 of the County's municipal comprehensive review.

On July 21, 2023 we issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 1557-CQ4SUP to manage liquid and solid non-hazardous organic waste at a waste disposal site (transfer/processing), located at 1125 and 1133 Route 900 East in St. Albert, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 5258-BQ3PBN has been issued to College Street Property Inc. on June 10, 2020 for drainage purposes in Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 8, 2030.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) No. 0232-BR9LB9 to 1583661 Ontario Inc. on July 15, 2020 for stormwater management works servicing the auto dealership facility located at 523 Richmond Street in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3778-BFAJM3 was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2754-7SULMM. The Permit was issued on August 23, 2019 with an expiry date of August 22, 2029, to 855545 Ontario Inc.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 7934-BHGQP4 was issued on March 31, 2020 to John Zubick Limited for a waste transfer and processing site, located in London, Ontario, for end-of-life vehicles, recyclables and a public drop-off facility.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6302146157 was issued to Woolwich South Holdings Limited on November 20, 2024. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes for the Madwest Breslau Subdivision, located at 231 Woolwich Street South in Breslau, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4242452643 was issued to GENAZZANO HIGHRISES INC. on January 12, 2024. Water will be taken from one well, located at 9000 Jane Street, Vaughan, for long-term foundation dewatering purposes for five years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1188017630 was issued to CORNWALL GRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED on January 9, 2024, to renew Permit No. P-300-1188017630. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering purposes for nine years.

French River Contracting Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of Markstay-Warren.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 0836-B7UMUU-1 was issued on October 17, 2022, to Knob Hill Farms Limited for the intended residential and/or commercial use of the property, located at 8501 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario.

This new Permit to Take Water for Lake Shore Gold Corp. for industrial purposes was issued on April 9, 2021 under permit No. 7525-BX8BRA. Water will be taken from the Marlhill Pit, located in Porcupine, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 7335-BLKRQG for Impala Canada Ltd. for industrial process and potable water supply in the District of Thunder Bay, Ontario was approved on March 19, 2021 under permit No. 2128-BRRTAH.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water. Permit to Take Water No. 4875-BZFSD6 was issued on March 29, 2021 to Maystar General Contractors Inc. for construction dewatering purposes in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

On September 18, 2022 we issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A210742 for the use and operation of a waste disposal site (processing/transfer) and Class 1 soil management site for management of excess soil limited to dry soil.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on December 12, 2019 in respect of Application No. 54-C-197946. The last date of appeal of this decision under the Planning Act is January 1, 2020.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1831276562 was issued on February 26, 2025, to CTC Concrete Inc. for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse, located in the City of Windsor, Ontario for 10 years.
