We decided to proceed with domestic bio-based content requirements for both diesel fuel and gasoline placed in the Ontario market under the Cleaner Transportation Fuels (CTF) regulation. A decision was made on July 31, 2025, to approve with modifications, Official Plan Amendment (OPA) 4 to the County of Dufferin Official Plan as adopted by By-law 2024-14.
