Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1033051430 version 1.0 has been issued to Anatolia Real Estate Corp. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four wells located in the Town of Milton, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1314662572 (version 1.0) was issued to 12714001 Canada Inc. on April 23, 2025. Water will be taken from two ponds for construction dewatering purposes at 2983 Navan Road in Ottawa, Ontario for five years.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works to 2239798 Ontario Inc., located at 400 Harry Walker Parkway South, in the Town of Newmarket.
